Het personeel was super vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Plek was rustig en veilig. Ontbijt was ook lekker.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Riad sehr genossen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Lage in einem ruhigen, sicheren Umfeld, abgeschirmt vom hektischen Treiben Marrakeschs, ohne dabei auf Nähe zur Stadt verzichten zu müssen. Ein wesentlicher Teil des positiven Gesamterlebnisses war die offene und warmherzige Art der Gastgeber, die sich jederzeit aufmerksam um uns gekümmert haben und für Fragen oder Unterstützung stets zur Verfügung standen. Man hat sich wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Riad selbst ist sehr gepflegt und schön erhalten, mit viel Charme und Atmosphäre. Auch die Lage ist ideal: In nur etwa zehn Minuten ist man zu Fuß mitten in der Medina, gleichzeitig gibt es in der Umgebung gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Supermärkten, sodass man sich problemlos selbst versorgen kann. Insgesamt ein sehr stimmiger Aufenthalt zwischen Ruhe, Authentizität und guter Anbindung an das Stadtleben.

Staff sorridente e disponibile, pulizia okay, é situato in una zona tranquilla un po’ lontana dal centro, per arrivare alla piazza principale ci vogliono circa 30 minuti a piedi, la notte si dorme tranquilli senza troppi rumori e caos, colazione buona. La famiglia che gestisce il riad é molto gentile e sorridente, mi sono trovata davvero bene <3

It’s a beautiful place in a gated area, so it feels safe and quiet, with many restaurants around. The riad is lovely, with cats around (although it does smell a bit like cat pee). Breakfast is super yummy, and the ladies are kind and caring towards the guests. What I didn’t really appreciate was that on Booking we had reserved a “deluxe double room” with beautiful pictures, however when we arrived we were given a small twin bedroom, which wasn’t what we expected. We explained the situation and they gave us another room in another building that was under renovation. It was nicer and more private, however it smelled like paint. Overall it was ok, but not ideal if you just want to relax in your room after 24 hours of travelling and have to deal with all of that and wait for a solution. I then wanted to extend our stay, but the owner asked for more than what we originally paid on Booking. Considering the hassle we had already experienced — waiting and carrying our luggage around - I asked for a better price, which he refused. Just sharing our experience so people know what to possibly expect.
