Excellent location and attention

Fatal! Una vez confirmado el alojamiento, con desayuno incluido,cuando llegamos nos dijeron que estaba completo y no nos alojaron. Nos llevaron a otro sitio que era un cuchitril sucio y como que dijimos que no, nos ofrecieron un apartamento pero nos querían cobrar mucho más y sin desayuno, a lo que dijimos que no y nos obligaron a cancelar. Un servicio pésimo y unos aprovechados, porque seguro que alquilaron el alojamiento mas caro porque nosotros teniamos bonificación. Una vergüenza! Les tendrian que quitar la licencia de booking por mala praxis. Y ademas fueron muy antipáticos y no nos dieron más soluciones ni nos ayudaron en nada. Nos quedamos tiradas en Marrakeich.

Riad di recente costruzione situato appena fuori dalla medina dentro un complesso residenziale con guardiano all'ingresso. Ambienti molto puliti. Personale cordiale.

è nello standard degli alloggi in Marocco: ambienti poco insonorizzati, colazione scarna e dotazione nel bagno ed in camera praticamente nulla.

The room is so beautifully decorated and the bathroom was well kept and private. The building has everything you need.

I didnt like the extra payment required on arrival. This is the only hotel that has done this the entire trip so it's not necessarily common place. An additonal €5 was expected when we got there. Also if you are hoping to be within walking distance of the Market Square then this isnt tbe case. Its a small community space with a few local restaurants, shops and a communal pool nearby that is outside of the main area.

Das Riad Green Lotus ist perfekt für Marrakesch. Es liegt in der Nähe der quirligen Medina und ist durch seine ruhige Lage einfach nur schön. Die beiden Damen, die sich im Haus um alles kümmern, sind ungeheuer freundlich und liebenswert. Sie zaubern ein Frühstück, das man nicht verpassen sollte. Wir waren auf unserem Trip in den ersten Tagen im Riad Green Lotus und waren so begeistert, dass wir unsere bereits gebuchte Unterkunft für die letzten zwei Tage in Marrakesch storniert und erneut im Green Lotus eingecheckt haben. Sollten wir nochmals nach Marrakesch fahren, möchte ich dort wieder wohnen.
