We had an incredible stay at the apartment in Chania! We were there for 2 nights, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with everything. The location was perfect, with close proximity to both the beach and local restaurants. The amenities were lovely, and everything was well thought out for a comfortable stay. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff truly made the experience special. They were always available to answer questions and provide us with recommendations for local attractions. The only small downside was that the stairs can be challenging with a stroller, but the staff was very accommodating and did their best to meet our needs. Communication was easy, and we had no complaints about our stay. Overall, this was a fantastic apartment, and we would definitely consider coming back!

Everything was perfect. The location and apartment were amazing. Our host, Chris, was exceptional. She was very responsive and her recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc., could not have been better. Chris is a warm, engaging host, helping make our experience and stay exceptional.

The only minimal downside was that the toilet facilities in the bedrooms lacked a little privacy compared to what I am used to, but with that said, the bathrooms and showers were very nice, modern, and clean. It did not detract from our stay.

This is an extraordinary, unique high-end property that has been finished to the highest possible standards. It's definitely worth going out of your way for the opportunity to stay here. Despite the impressive preview pictures, it's even better in reality. The design respects the Venetian history while still being modern and spotlessly clean. Apartment has countless small touches that make the stay comfortable and impressive. The views of Chania's Venetian harbor from the balcony are stunning at every hour of the day. Apartment is quiet and peaceful while also being on the doorstep of the unique atmostphere and charm of Chania. The hosts were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful.

Everything was as shown in photos. The location is fabulous - right in the heart of the old town and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. We were a group of 6 adults and it was perfect. Bathroom in each bedroom which was important to us. The fridge was stocked with fruit, cake, wine and beer and was very much appreciated. Great laundry facilities. Hosts were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. So helpful with our luggage and parking (we had 2 cars). We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

It's hard to say how much we loved this property and the people behind it! We will definitely be going back again! If I could give it more starts I would! The location is perfect with a great balcony view looking out over the harbor. It's even better than the pictures. Our family visited over the Easter weekend, and our hosts were fabulous in all ways even booking awesome restaurants for us! Although we only had 3 nights this trip, it would be easy to stay here for weeks with all of the space, amenities, and things to do and see in the area. Again, such an awesome place to stay!!!

Amazing apartment and super friendly hosts

Very nice and clean and spacious. Perfect location. We lost kindle and the lady in charge help us find it and send it back for free. She is really friendly and helpful.

From the very first moment that we arrived with our rental car to the parking lot, until the moment we were loading our luggage after having checked out, this was a flawless experience. What really makes this experience unique is that the hosts, Chrysa and Yannis, are two lovely people that have a great sense of hospitality. After a very friendly welcome, we got to see this stunning apartment up close, which was also equipped with all kinds of products, from great coffee and local tea to fresh fruit and wine. If you think this place looks great in the photos, wait till you're actually inside. I am very happy to say that this is one of those times when design meets great quality of construction. They have really spared no expense upon selecting every single item. There was even a humidifier for my cigars, it really felt like a home away from home. You have probably also noticed that there is a beautiful balcony overlooking the port, up to the famous lighthouse. The location could not have been more central. You just exit the building and walk to myriads of excellent options for food, drinks, shopping etc. Let me tell you, I won't be coming back to Chania unless this place is available.

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect. The only downside is that we are now traveling to other locations of Crete and, after having stayed here, it is very difficult for the other accommodations I have booked to compete. I should have left this for last.
