Sheraton Colombo Hotel

Great service from Shaveen. Good food and drinks!

As soon as our driver turned into the Sheraton Colombo entrance, we didn't have to worry about anything. The staff told us not to pick up our luggage and they will bring it into the lobby. Our Titanium Status was immediately recognized at Front Desk. We got an upgrade to the Corner Premier Room which we love as there's full ceiling to floor windows on both sides (L-shaped) and therefore, lots of light which was amazing. When we checked in at 5:15pm, the staff at Front Desk informed us that it's Happy Hours at the Executive Lounge between 5pm to 7pm. We headed up to the 21st floor and reconnected with some of the staff as this was our 2nd stay at the Hotel. Nimesha made superb Whiskey Sours with Whiskey and not Bourbon. Food and desserts were very delicious. Everyone at the Executive Lounge was friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Colombo Kitchen was great - the spread was never ending. All the staff were very pleasant. On our departure day, we got a late check-out. Staff at the Executive Lounge told us about a cooking session at the Colombo Kitchen. We learned how to make Hoppers and Chicken Kari. It was a fun Masterclass and we thoroughly enjoyed the chef's knowledge of Sri Lankan Cuisine. Shashika whom we knew from our stay in 2025, looked us up as he had been transferred from the Executive Lounge to Colombo Kitchen. He took time to come up to the Lounge for a lovely chat. We really appreciated it. Overall, a wonderful stay !! And will we stay here again - 100% YES !

Once I got complained that the sound is high from our room… while we had turn on the tv… the rooms walls must have some issues… not really sound proof..

We had a wonderful time. Good choices are good and tasty. Specially two staff Sethmi and Chanuka did a great job. They attended every need promptly and professionally. Definitely will visit again

Enjoyed every piece served ..specially seafood items.. but prefer a non chocolate layer in macaroons.. good job

We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Colombo Hotel. Despite arriving late in the afternoon feeling quite tired from a long journey, we were warmly welcomed by the staff right away. They kindly assisted us with our luggage and ensured that our check-in process was smooth and efficient, which we truly appreciated. The lounge experience was exceptional. The service, food, and beverages were all outstanding, and the staff were incredibly attentive and professional throughout our stay. Our room was perfect—spotlessly clean, well-lit, and equipped with excellent amenities that made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, all prepared with great taste and quality. The dining area was spacious, peaceful, and quiet, and the staff were always attentive to our needs. We also truly appreciated the extra effort from the team when we had to check out early at 4 a.m. They thoughtfully prepared and packed breakfast for us, which was a wonderful gesture and definitely a big plus. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with warm, genuine smiles, making our stay even more memorable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The view was disappointing, and also during my stay, a hotel employee entered my suite without knocking or asking permission, which is completely unacceptable as it constitutes a violation of privacy also the food too much expensive due to i get .
