.location was good and nice view roof top pool.

On arrival room had no safe, no fridge, no hairdryer, no wifi or blankets. Staff have a couldn't care less attitude

Attractive staff

Rooms are clean and comfortable and a good size. Location is pretty good, in easy walking distance of lots of restaurants and the beach

Pool is in poor condition (tiles flaking off, limited seating or shade etc around it). Restaurant has limited hours and there is no bar (or alcohol of any kind). Worse, I requested late check out when I booked and received a message confirming the late check out and that there would be no charge. Then when it came to check out I was suddenly asked to pay a sizeable surcharge - I showed them the message confirming no charge and they shrugged and insisted. So I tried to pay, only their payment network was down so despite trying repeatedly for almost 45 minutes they couldn't take a payment from any of my cards. At this point we were in danger of missing our flights and asked repeatedly to be allowed to leave, only to be ignored while they tried tapping the card yet again. This culminated in their physically blocking our vehicle as we attempted to leave for the airport. Would not recommend and would not stay again

Great place to start your trip through Sri Lanka. A location is very close to the beach and good restaurants .Great bed with good pillows and nice and hot shower.
