FRI didn’t think it was possible to have such a poor hotel experience while staying only one night. The stay actually started well: check-in was smooth, we were able to access our room a little earlier than expected, and the room itself was perfectly acceptable. However, breakfast was a completely different story. The staff member did not respond to our greeting and asked for our name in an annoyed tone. When he could not find our breakfast reservation (which had been booked the day before at check-in), he simply handed us the list and gestured for us to write something. As we started writing our name, he loudly sighed and abruptly said, “Room!”. No explanation, no apology, and he walked away without another word. The breakfast itself was disappointing for €20 per person, and by 9:00 a.m. there were already no eggs left. Overall, the room was fine, but the breakfast experience ruined what had otherwise started as a pleasant stay. We are not expecting exceptional service or an overly warm welcome, but basic politeness and professionalism should be the minimum standard in any hotel.

ECMe encanto que ofrecen el servicio de traslado, me parece bastante optimo para personas que viajan muy poco para Amsterdan y solo quieren llegar al hotel.
