Friendly staff and room is clean. Just a little bit of confusion when we checked in - the front desk lady said there's snack for free in the room and also from the bar (cookie), and the 2nd shift person from the bar also said you can get snack from the bar as well. So, my husband helped himself the next morning. I saw the 2 ladies giving him a bad look so I went in and asked is that ok? She "said no - they're free when you buy coffee," That was embarrassing, we did not go to The Netherlands to steal or get free cookies!

Location is good. Walk, uber, or maybe use the public transportation to see other attractions

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring the museums and port. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was one of the roof top cabins, beautifully designed with lovely complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee as well as bottled water. The whole concept of a small, fine boutique hotel with interesting art is well exectured. Good wifi. The breakfast was excellent and meant we didn't need to worry about lunch. We ate the sharing platter available in the bar for supper as we didn't need more but the restaurant menu looked delicious. If the weather is good, there is a terrace to sit out on in front of the hotel. The walk from Rotterdam Central station was straightforward and we never felt insecure. It would be equally easy to pick up an Uber or a taxi to reach the hotel.

Heel mooi hotel en mooie , ruime kamer, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Fijn bed. Toffe style! Fijne lampjes, genoeg handdoeken. Lekkere zeep en shampoo.

Het restaurant was dicht die avond, dat was wel jammer. Ik begreep de werking vd tv niet helemaal. En die achtergrond van de startpagina is wit en dat was zo fel savonds in bed. Wilde het kunnen dimmen. Ik hou van een frisse geur in een hotelkamer maar het was iets te sterk; ik ontdekte hoog op een plek geurstokjes die de geur geven. Met astma is dat niet fijn. Gebruik liever echt kwaliteit en dus essentiële oliën; dat ruikt heerlijk en is nog gezond ook. Overigens ontdekte ik net voor vertrek dat een wattenschijfhouder oid stuk was; dat was dus al. Ik hoopte niet dat men dacht dat dat door mij komt. Stukje afgebroken. Viel eerst niet op door de plaatsing. Het volgende punt kan het hotel niet echt iets aan doen maar was wel een hinderlijk ding tijdens het verblijf: Het regende en waaide snachts hard, ik slaap graag met ramen open. Ik werd wakker snachts van een tikkend geluid. Het maakte dat ik licht sliep en steeds dacht wat is dat geluid toch? Uiteindelijk maar opgestaan; Bleek het de lichte prullenbak te zijn die door de wind steeds tegen de muur aan tikte.. haha. Toen verplaatst en verder ongestoord geslapen.
