The hotel is in the best district, full of shops, bars and restaurants, everything is just a few minutes away, even the Markthal and other sights. The staff was so nice and helpful, the room comfortable and clean. The lobby is great for hanging out with friends and grabbing a couple drinks.

The AC was not working in my room, but they really tried everything to fix it, and when they couldn't, they kindly offered an upgrade to an even better room.
