There's a lot to like. The huge rooms, the spacious terrace, the comfortable bedding, the rather good breakfast, the excellent location for both Bari Centrale and an easy pedestrianised walk to the old town, strong wifi. Very friendly welcome and clear on arrival arrangements. Modern bathroom facilities.

There are a couple of easy wins this hotel could deliver: provide proper size bath towels rather than hand towels coupled with a bathrobe; put an armchair or small sofa in the room; give the guests the lift code rather than three keys for five doors. Minor gripes in a way but baffled us. We would stay again though.

It doesn’t look like a hotel , but the room was excellent! We had really two rooms with two big beds!! It’s was very clean and comfortable.

TV did not have any English language channels.

The property is amazing. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The prices for the amount of space and beauty are absolutely insane, and it is so close to everything. I walked everywhere. Highly HIGHLY recommend!!! I will be coming back and refuse to stay anywhere else.

Room was beautiful and spacious. Loved the art on the walls and the ceiling. Location good in terms of access. Lovely people working there. Easy to get into old town and get to station.

Little noisy on the street. Not unbearable though and I slept well. Shower took a while to heat up. Minor issues really.

The room was lovely and the breakfast was very good.

The lobby is completely vacant and scary looking. Think that should be explained to guests. It's not a hotel.
