A wonderful stay in this magical Palazzo. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home by Alfio. Alfio provided us with a tour of the house and gardens on arrival - his knowledge and passion for the history of his family home is heartwarming. The room itself was perfect. The garden was a haven of peace and quiet, and perfect place for the yummy breakfast. All the staff were lovely. Alfio provided us with lots of tips as to where to eat, visit and shop. Thank you for sharing this magical home with us.

Beautifull palace like stay close to Etna. The room was clean and stylish. In the museum (linked to the b&b) many paintings show the amazing family history of the house.

We where missing a comfortable couch area to hang out without being afraid of breaking the antique furniture. Even though the garden is very big a pool would have been a nice extra in the Sicilian sun.

Wonderful building with interesting history as explained by my host. Lovely and surprisingly extensive garden in the middle of town. Superb breakfast of home and locally produced goods.

Quite difficult to find within town. Should add number 24 to street name on all correspondence.

The place was beautiful the gardens of the property were beautiful the staff was nice, the view from the room was exactly ask pictured and beautiful The town is really quiet and nothing is opened mid day. My only complaint is that I found the information a little misleading. It seemed before booking that we had our own apartment with a kitchen. The booking page had all these pictures which made it seem like the space was yours but it turns out they were all communal spaces as well as a shared communal kitchen. I just felt that they weren’t completely transparent but otherwise it was a nice stay

Palazzo Privetera is a chance to stay in a unique private palazzo and learn the history of a storied family from charming hosts. The garden is enchanting. The modern art work is beautiful and beautifully integrated into the period rooms. The welcome is warm, the rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. Easy access to Taormina and Etna.

The cottage is wonderful, well heated, the beds are comfortable and the rooms very spacious. The Palazzo is amazing, one in a lifetime unique experience and the tour we got was so thoughtful and interesting. The details in the palazzo, furniture, paint, curtains, all are amazing.

The oven did not work. The location in booking was not accurate so it took us time to find the exact location
