Mooie kamers leuk zwembad goed ontbijt

Veel lawaai van vliegtuigen die constant overvliegen. Best wel flinke prijs rond de duizend euro per nacht met ontbijt inbegrepen.

Outstanding breakfast, one of the friendliest staff I've ever met, and amazing mountain views. The spa facilities and the internal pool are second to none.

There is space for improvement in the food department.

Le lieu est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et offre une atmosphère particulièrement élégante. La piscine bénéficie d’une vue époustouflante sur la chaîne de l’Atlas. Les employés de l'hôtel sont très aimables

La restauration manque encore de maîtrise concernant certaines restrictions alimentaires. Les réponses apportées ne sont pas toujours claires, ce qui souligne un besoin de formation complémentaire en interne afin de mieux répondre aux attentes d’une clientèle haut de gamme. Un léger dysfonctionnement a également été rencontré lors d’une réservation au spa.
