If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation to escape the winter chill, this apartment is a solid choice. The location is truly fantastic – the unobstructed views of the sea and sunsets right from the apartment are absolutely breathtaking and make for a serene retreat. The apartment is located within a large complex where many owners rent their units through platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and others. We booked this apartment through Booking.com after reading numerous reviews, and while it was a bit of a risk, it turned out to be a great decision. Most of the properties in this complex are managed by local property managers. Our property manager, Ghizlane (+212 666-808801), was exceptional. She was in contact with us even before our trip, promptly answering all our questions and ensuring everything was arranged for our stay. During our visit, Ghizlane and her staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. A big thanks to her and her team for making our stay comfortable and hassle-free! The apartment itself is clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured restful nights. It served our needs well for a laid-back getaway. However, there are areas that could use some attention to elevate the experience further. The kitchen utensils could be of better quality, and the bathroom shower, while functional, could benefit from an upgrade. Overall, this apartment offers a great balance between relaxation and convenience. It’s perfect for anyone seeking a sunny beach escape with stunning views, and the excellent support from the property management team truly enhances the experience. The elevator did not work very well and was often stuck at one floor. The staircase was not cleaned often enough and visitors allowed their dogs to poop anywhere they wanted and no one cleaned it up.
