Luxurious Maisonette in Ioannina

The apartment is very nice but some issues made our stay not excellent: 1. The owner's communication was bad for the first 2 days. He sent us an email with instructions but there was no phone number to communicate so when we replied with some questions ( like what is the wifi password, it took him more than24 hrs to answer) 2. There isn’t enough hot water for a family to take a shower at a time. 3. They provided the exact amount of towels and bed sheets… so if you need a clean towel, it’s your problem 4. The air conditioning works only in Summer time, but when we arrived, it was very hot (October) and we couldn’t turn on the air conditions 5. Showers are not closed with a door so the water flushes from the shower outside and the floor is always wet To sum it up, we enjoyed our stay and the apartment is beautiful, but we think the host has some things to learn about hosting.
