Very friendly staff. The owner came to pick us up at naples central station because our ferry had been cancelled. Normally they have a taxi service to take you from the station to their hotel but they were not available so he picked us up himself. The room is very good located. Basic room but very nice. Breakfast is arranged via 2 restaurants and is good. Self check out is a plus.

The cleaning of the room was not done properly: no new towels, no new toilet paper. They only came once every 2 days which is definetely okay, but they should clean and replace everything then. In the morning we always had a horrible smell coming from bathroom, from the drainage we think. There is no elevator in the building, but the owner helped us to carry our bags upstairs when checking in.

Location is great as it is tucked away from the loud hustle and bustle of people. Getting a room with a balcony is worth it as you can see some quiet and decent scenery v

Poor cleaning. Found an item left behind on the toliet and used hygiene items provided by the hotel ( seal was broken).

Just want we wanted a little expensive but thats the Amalfi coast. Great base to see everything. Could be better signposted as found it a bit difficult to find.

The location was great, on the edge of the pedestrian street where all the shops, restaurants bars and cafes are located. The rooms are simple but had everything you need for your stay. Carlos was always in contact with us and was so very kind to meet us on the main street to go to the accomodation. He never hesitated to answer any question we had. We were very happy with our stay at the rooms. Would reccomend.

Nothing really. Only, I advise to place a trash bin in the room.

Petit déjeuner très bien le 1et jour puis bar fermé le 2ème jour et nous n'avons pas été prévenu. Obliges de revenir à chambre pour prendre d'autres tickets pour un autre café. Celui ci en bord de route très passante bruyante et un croissant avec un capuccino sans nous avoir demandé ce que l'on voulait. Très décevant. Personne d'accueil réactive au téléphone mais vu une fois a l'entrée 30mn d'attente et qui ne savait pas que le bar était fermé pour le 2ème petit déjeuner. Au prix demandé ce n'est pas sérieux

Some things we liked: We were given breakfast tickets to two local restaurants (No served breakfast at the place itself). We chose Veneruso as a restaurant, and were very happy with them. When we met the administrative person who checked us in, and we told him that we only used Veneruso tickets, he asked if we wanted to exchange the tickets to the other place offered for those of Veneruso, which was very kind. Even if some things were not what we expected, the standards were good, and the place was quite central in Sorrento. Probably 10 min walk from Tasso Square, and 20 min to the harbour/ferries. The cleaning was proper and quite thorough which is something I value greatly.

There was mostly just basic service after check in, and the contact person had to be reached through Whatsapp or phone if any other services were wanted (no one at the reception beyond that, that we could see). Nothing really all the awful with that but since the description did not mention this I consider it a minus. Checking out was not done face to face but instead we were asked (after inquiring through Whatsapp) to leave the room keys and card on the desk/reception. Some things may be different due to this not being a hotel but instead rooms that are rented in an apartment complex, so some things may not be what one may have first considered. But important to know what one can expect.
