Emplacement proche du centre-ville, place de parc gratuite DEVANT la maison, arrêt des transports publics à 2 pas, petit centre commercial tout près. Domotique high tech.

La cuisine pourrait être équipée de plus de prises électriques (sur le plan de travail) son éclairage - par un seul plafonnier - pourrait être amélioré. L'ajout de quelques décorations rendrait le coup d’œil moins "spartiate".
