Warning: The property is old, unclean and unsafe due to mold. Moldy air, grey hairy mold growing on some rotting wooden kitchen spoons, spiders and a really unsanitary environment. We left immediately, but we decided it would be fair to pay for the one night and get a refund for the rest of the booked nights, explaining to the owner that a 4 year old child with respiratory issues cannot stay there. Booking.com agreed with us and asked the owner to accept this approach. The owner decided he could only reimburse 1 night out of 4, so he kept 70% of the money. Not ok property, not ok attitude.

In general, everything was not bad, but the dishes and cutlery were not very clean. When we first entered the apartment, the sofa had a huge wet spot and smelled of chemicals, not pleasant. This area of ​​the city is also not very pleasant...

20 minute walk to Venezia Mestre train station. Large, spacious apartment. Good size for a family.

It was missing many things, like tea towels, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. the blankets were very thin, so we got a little cold. The courtyard seemed quite dirty.
