Nice room and bathroom. Quirky in a nice way.

No evening meal was a bit of a let down, but buffet lunch was good.

The contemporary room and amenities blended with the old farmhouse is beautiful. The grounds are probably stunning in the warmer months, but our visit was in February so it was a little bleak. The sauna was a nice treat after a long day exploring Rome. The proximity to Rome is good but could be difficult if you don't have a car. Breakfast was ample!

The hotel has speakers throughout the exterior of the property playing music 24/7. We prefer to keep the windows open at night to keep the room cool, but the were forced to listen to Italo pop the first night and then spa music the second night. The spa music was definitely more relaxing, but overall would have preferred quiet.

Well... I almost hate to be honest here. Staff were wonderful, the building is charming, the grounds pretty. But don't advertise yourselves as a wellness resort...

... don't advertise yourselves as a wellness resort if you're going to host a (weekly?) Friday night party right below the rooms for people who don't stay at the hotel, run it until 11:30pm, then clean dishes and drop some of the pots and pans until midnight. This completely destroyed the illusion of caring about our wellbeing. If you've marketed the property to room guests as one thing, it seems unfair to then try to sell it again to something incompatible. We locked ourselves in our room one night, not wanting to traipse past dining guests in our robes to use the recreational facilities outdoors. We felt like children kept upstairs while their parents held a rip-roaring dinner party downstairs. I was really looking forward to this property and the first night was fine, but these dinners do not work with the hotel as envisioned. Cannot recommend, unless you're coming for the party. Sorry to be so frank. It almost hurts me to say these things, but this is reality. It does not work.

Un'oasi di pace a due passi da Roma. Camere arredate con stile e dotate di ogni comfort, pulizia impeccabile. Personale gentile e disponibile, abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il light lunch e le piscine saline.
