Perfect location, few minutes walk from everything. The apartment is cleaned everyday and has all the basic amenities you need, such as a refrigerator. We stayed here for a week and it was very good. We booked the smallest room and what you see is what you get! :) I would recommend my friends to stay here.

The curtain doesn't close all the way and it was hard to close. Curtain doesnt black out. Also the matress is too big for the bed so it kept moving at night (the matress itself slept really well though!). If this is changed I would say the room is near perfect.

L’emplacement

Les photos sont bien plus flatteuses que la réalité du logement. À notre arrivée, la poubelle de la salle de bain n’avait pas été vidée. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas, ce qui rend également la télévision inutilisable. Il manque une ampoule dans la salle de bain, ce qui fait qu’on n’y voit quasiment rien. Nous avons également constaté de l’humidité noire et de la moisissure au plafond, derrière les rideaux. Enfin, il n’y a pas suffisamment d’eau chaude pour deux personnes, ce qui est très problématique.

It seems that they do not take their guests seriously at all. No Hot Water for 24 Hours: The water heater was leaking when I arrived. I spent my entire first night unable to shower. While a technician replaced it the next day, a full day without hot water is completely unacceptable. They claimed they would switch my room, but they never actually followed through. I never refused a room change—they just never did it. No Wi-Fi: The internet was non-existent for my entire stay. Because of this, I was forced to pay extra for mobile data just to do my work. Last but not least: I booked a room with a balcony. The room I was given did not have one. Of course, ​I asked for a reasonable refund for these massive inconveniences but they sharply refused.

Posizione centrale. Macchina del caffè in camera. Bar sotto casa per la colazione. Ristorantini a 5 minuti a piedi. Stazione a 5 minuti a piedi.

La posizione vicino al centro e alla stazione

Pulizia non adeguata, abbiamo trovato pastiglie per terra, capelli su un cuscino, copriletto macchiato e le lampade con la polvere. Tv non funzionava.

A limpeza era bem boa todos os dias a moça ia perguntar se queríamos algo e trocar as folhas e arrumar o quarto.

O Wi-Fi não conectou de nenhum jeito, o que foi um pouco chato porque tive algumas reuniões que exigiam uma boa conexão
