Tutto organizzato benissimo e ottima posizione!

The location is exceptional, and for the price of the place it was perfect. I highly recommend. check in was quite easy for me, when I arrived my room was ready, and she even made me choose which one I like more which I thought was so nice. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was good except the shower didn't get any cold water ( I guess this is a plus and a con). Other than that it was so great really, the view of my room was so beautiful, I had a fridge, an AC which was a life saver, the room was so big and roomy. I loved my stay here. There are super markets all around and it's so close to the main square. Cheap out was so easy as well. Really really recommend for a budget stay.

There was a weird smell in the bathroom too but it didn't bother me. The only thing I would say is the fans noice coming from the bathroom however that is not something they can do anything about I think as hot is an old building.the bathroom was good except the shower didn't get any cold water ( I guess this is a plus and a con). They also dont speak English whatsoever so be ready for that.

La struttura è pulita, elegante e accogliente, super centrale in pochi minuti arrivi ovunque, stanza davvero enorme, grande quanto un’ appartamento, la jacuzzi funzionava perfettamente ed era molto rilassante. Comunicazione ottima con i proprietari, super disponibile e gentili.

Il Wi-Fi appena ti allontanavi dalla porta non prendeva tantissimo, si staccava spesso, le applicazione del proiettore erano tutte da aggiornare e non si aggiornavano. La sera c’è stato un odore di fogna dovuto probabilmente al vicinato, inoltre data la stagione saranno risalite due blatte dalla fogna, ma comunicato immediamente ai proprietari che si sono scusati immediamente, ma può capire data la stagione.

Appartamento molto vecchio parzialmente restaurato, e edificio molto vecchio anche nelle parti comuni. La titolare mi ha chiesto una integrazione di prezzo perché dopo la prenotazione iniziale fatta per me soltanto, avevo poj chiesto che sarebbe arrivato con me mio fratello. La titolare mi ha confermato la cosa senza però dire che mi avrebbe chiesto altri 30 euro/notte per la seconda persona. Ci sta come prezzo, ma andava detto al momento della conferma.

La doccia, anche dopo l'intervento del padre del proprietario, era inutilizzabile. Flussi d'acqua gelata o bollente a intermittenza, impossibile lavarsi dopo una giornata di caldo intenso. Abbiamo fatto il check in 1 ora dopo l'orario prestabilito, la camera era poco pulita
