Très très peu de communication avec l’hôte, attente à l’arrivée dans l’établissement avant que quelqu’un nous reponde Très bruyant (chambre familiale) Demande de chambre avec deux lits mais seulement 1 lit avec des draps … absence de draps sur les deux autres petits lits
