Posizione perfetta per visitare la città e raggiungere il mare. Camere pulite e accoglienti. Il proprietario è stato eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a darci ottimi consigli. Colazione al bar convenzionato davvero buona. Consigliatissimo!

O quarto é grande e o banheiro também. Bem decorado, com bom ar condicionado, exatamente como está na foto. A localização é muito boa, o café da manhã é simples, mas bem italiano e gostoso, perfeito para o valor que pagamos. Tudo é ótimo, mas o que faz desse lugar único é o anfitrião. Nunca vi parecido! Muito atencioso, educado, responde rápido e muito disposto a ajudar! Chegamos tarde e com muita fome, praticamente todos os restaurantes fechados e não sabiamos o que fazer. E o Giovanni nos levou até os restaurantes e perguntou aos garçons se estava aberto. Não parou até encontrar um em que pudéssemos comer algo e nos levou até a mesa. Indico muito esse local não só pela acomodação, mas ainda mais pelo excelente anfitrião. Obrigada Giovanni por toda ajuda seu lugar é excelente e você também! 😃

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu, blisko do plaży i atrakcji turystycznych. Bardzo sympatyczny i miły gospodarz, gotowy doradzić lub pomóc, w każdej sytuacji. Giovanni polecił nam również miejsca i lokale, które warto odwiedzić. Dodatkowo obiekt zapewnił smaczne śniadania w kawiarni zlokalizowanej nieopodal. Pozdrawiamy Martyna i Oskar :)

Great location with it being handy to the historic strip of town and beachfront. Giovanni was an exceptional host, collected us from the train station, provided many activity suggestions and was always checking in.

Giovanni was an incredible host from the moment we got off the bus. He greeted us warmly and even carried our luggage to the room. He was extremely attentive, always responding quickly and sending us helpful recommendations for restaurants, train timetables, and beaches via WhatsApp. The room was spotless and exceeded our expectations. It came with air-conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather — we loved coming back to a cool, fresh space each day. I would absolutely recommend Art BnB — 10/10! The B/B was so close to everything- cathedral, museums, sea walk, shopping, restaurants. The room was large and comfortable with water boiler for coffee/tea. A coffee bar is right next door.
