Läget var fantastiskt . Vi bodde i sviten , det största rummet . Väldigt bekvämt och bra på alla sätt . Det som skulle kunna bli bättte är badrums produkterna som inte ens fylldes på varje dag . Och det var endast schampo och dusch gel . Inget balsam till håret eller body lotion . Otroligt bra läge . 2-300 m till sjön och mer centralt kan man inte bo . Vi parkerade hyrbilen i ett närliggande p hus .

Första dagen när vi checkade in den 11/9 så träffade vi en fantastiskt trevlig kille i receptionen som var väldigt serviceminded och gav oss massor av tips . Men de övriga dagarna mötte vi andra receptionister framför allt en kvinna som var så nonchalant och uttråkad när man frågade om något . Den kvinnan drar ner helhets betyget till 8 . Hade den första killen varit i receptionen alla dagar hade vi varit hel nöjda ! Han var fantastisk . Något ägarna borde tänka på vem som frontar detta lyxiga ställe . Rätt person i receptionen oerhört viktigt .

Location, close to lake and duomo

Small chairs in the room…should be more sturdy It was not easy to find…local businesses didn’t know it either…cab dropped off further so it was hard to find.

This property is stunning. The beautiful view from our balcony is just breathtaking. The rooms are so beautiful. The building is architecturally stunning. Directly opposite the cathedral and the centre of Como. Walking distance to endless shopping and restaurants. Amazing coffee and food options.

Ok so the location is hidden BUT it is worth the stress of finding it. It is above clothing store and a restaurant.
