The Staff went out of their way to make our stay an outstanding experience, especially Gloria😍 our room was very unique and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The location in the Piazza Duomo was exceptional!

Pas pratique, hormis un valet de chambre, aucune possibilité de poser ses habits quelque part. Quelques cintres pour une veste ou chemises. Beaucoup de pussière sur les étagères L'écoulement de la douche ne fonctionnait pas correctement, d'où li risque d'inonder le parquet. Très décevant pour un prix bien trop élevé.
