The staff responded quickly. The space is small, but works. The bathroom is private and clean. It is a good place. The only point of attention: it is 5km from Bologna historical downtown. But you can take the bus.

The space is too smal and the location is a litlle bit far from the historial sites.

It was all done remotely so as guests we had to help each other with queries. The room smelt of stale cigarette smoke. The blind was broken.
