Fenix Hotel Machupicchu

The hotel is centrally located at Aguas Calientes. I would say it is an honest stay for 2 nights.

The breakfast is very simple and could use improvement.

El personal en general fue muy amable, siempre atentos ante cualquier requerimiento y solventaban al instante.

We liked the location, receptionist was nice.

The whole building was run down, the breakfast was ok, but the roof was leaking.

Habitación con mal aislamiento, ventanas al pasillo ( sin cubrir), no todo el personal era amable, muchos de ellos muy mal aseados. El parte del desayuno se apreciaba la cocina, la cual era demasiado sucia, la persona que manipulaba los alimentos muy mal aseada, sin siquiera una cofia en su cabeza. El desayuno era malo, café de mala calidad, fruta y cereales con moscas. Dónde ubicaban el huevo no lo mantenían temperado.

Staff were nice, breakfast was very good and location is great, although the town is very small.

The room was very damp and had the smell of mold. But I guest it's the humidity in the air. The room facilities did not reflect the description in Booking.com

I liked that it was close to all the restaurants and shopping markets.

I didn’t like how they didn’t have access to WiFi in certain parts of the hotel.
