Boutique style place, friendly professional staff. The breakfast was amazing!

Nice people and clean rooms.

The property is only a 10-min walk to Cusco’s main squares. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the best breakfast I’ve had.

This is just to help set expectations, the room was tight, we had two large suitcases and while we made it work, it was tight to work around them. I do wish there had been a full length mirror, an extra trash bin, and a safe in the room.

The way this hotel is set up is really strange we opened our curtains and were looking directly into someone else's room so they were kept closed all the time. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear other guests. The breakfast was a la carte and the location is not too far from the main square .

Very cold, hot water didn’t seem to work properly and staff were unable to sort it out. It worked at odd times of the day. No soap dish in the bathroom, had to buy water.

Staff was incredible! I do not remember the gentleman's name, but he was so kind & thoughtful. He prepared a bag for us to take with snacks because we had an early flight the next day. We were there for just one night with an evening arrival and everything was perfect. I highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Could do with a soap dish in the bathroom, a welcome drink and a bottle of water would be good. We have had those in all other places we have stayed in Peru

Location , modern reception , ok rooms

Breakfast with limited options , my rooms had no window and no ventilation. After a few days it got really stuffy as almost no air was passing and with the altitude it was hard to breath at some point ( the only option was to open a very small kind of window overlooking the corridor ( people would see you in the room as they walked by )
