I couldn't connect to the wifi.

Located in downtown, just few blocks away from the main square, room were spacious and clean, staff members were so helpful and friendly, breakfast was a plus! I totally recommend this hotel if you want to have a great experience the city

Everything was perfect!

We used the hotel as a Base during our trip to Machu PIcchu. We were able to leave our Rucksacks overnight.

Breakfast was small (1 toast + juice + coffee) but food was good.

So first of all is shower as you need it much after and before Machu Picchu. And you open it and wait 10 to 20 minutes and it’s barely warm. It’s so frustrating. Then it’s no soundproof and you hear every other room’s conversations and music. Then it’s windows facing other rooms! We such windows overlooking our bathroom and bed. You literally cab see someone’s bed. Then it’s 10am check out and every other hour is for additional payment. Not a good but a stiff bed from 2 different mattress of different heights. Oh and toiletries are empty. And some hairs in bathroom. It’s much worse than hostals that are twice cheaper. We hadn’t such a bad one for a long time.

Breakfast is awesome. The lounge in large and comfy. Staffs are poilte.

The separation of shower place from the whole bathroom can be improved. It tends to come out and wet the whole floor.

Ótimo atendimento, café da manhã muito bom, uma ressalva, muito barulho de clientes de madrugada até a manhã.

Good reception staff. Questions were answered promptly

Although "soundproof " was listed, hard floors echoed all voices, movements etc
