Todo bien en general, único inconveniente es que hay que esperar mucho para q el agua de ducha se caliente.

Um ótimo hotel! Bem localizado, a uns 10 min a pé da praça das armas, onde se encontram os restaurantes, casas de câmbio, comércio. As acomodações são bem confortáveis, banheiro bem equipado, com água quentinha e com muita pressão. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, um diferencial é que eles preparam um lanche para os hóspedes levarem para os passeios nos dias que saímos antes do café da manhã. Internet boa e café da manhã preparado na hora com opções que agradam a vários países.

I have been to Cusco a few times and wanted to try this hotel out. It was in a pretty good area (10min or so from the main square) and in the historic district of the city. There were all good reviews which I heavily rely on. The lobby and breakfast were beautiful and delicious. The cleanliness of the hallways weren't great and my room was sporadically cleaned in my 5 day stay. There was no option to opt out of room service and the room amenities lacked in comparison to other stays in the same price range. No cups or tea kettle in the room and no access to them in the lobby either. I don't believe that had room service either which was a bummer. There was also a foul sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I had to be diligent to keep the toilet lid and door shut to mask the smalls Small things that could have made the stay much better. Good but not great!
