MIRAFLORES GOLD HOTEL BOUTIQUE

At first I was not happy with the etra $57 dollars I got charged for using a credit card to pay for my stay . The first room I git was not the greatest. It was noisy and the tv set only had 4 antena chanels. A couple of days later I got moved to a different room which was more quiet and at least connected to the internet. One day there was a problem with the water and it was shut off for a few hours. What I liked: They included a continental breakfast, the employees and seevice personel were very nice and went out of their way to provide caring service. That made up for the initial dissapointment. It's probably a good place if you're a single traveler. The location can't be beat as it is near to almost everything. I did enjoy my stay.

Nice hotel room right in the heart of Miraflores .

I reserved 2 rooms with hot tubs, no hot tubs at all. I was staying in the second room I reserved and they charge the late fee for leaving the room 30 min late. Same person reservation. I asked for the supervisor o manager and they never show up.

The best place in and around Miraflores. Stop scrolling for any other place and book this one. Breakfast awesome. Room awesome. Customer Service awesome. Location beyond exceptional. Cant spot a flaw even if I looked for it . Complimentary Tea and water all day ! 14.5 stars out of 10.

La de se vació era con hot tub. No hot tub Las camas con ruedas se mueven, no toallas ni papel higiénico en el cuarto. El agua salía solo caliente no tuvieron personal que nos ayudara de noche. El desayuno es buenísimo. La señorita de front desk trata de dar un servicio bueno en la medida de las herramientas que tiene.

I booked a 3-bed family room, even though I was traveling solo but somehow it was cheaper than a singe room. Upon check in the staff told me they assigned me to a single room instead, paying the same price, which I don't mind because honestly I don't need all that space. Only when I get to the room I couldn't believe how small it was, and has no AC, which I was promised upon booking. I went back to talk to the same about it but they told me there weren't any other rooms available that night. The best they can do is to switch me to a bigger room. Then I asked I don't think paying the same price in this case is fair but they wouldn't budge seeing that I need a place to stay. That night was miserable to sleep in a room without AC in 85F/28C temperature. So be careful you might not get the room you originally booked
