Big room, comfortable and quite.

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

The manager, Angelica, was very kind, and the hotel was in a good location close to food. It was also a short walk to the bus and train stations. We stayed in a room with 3 king beds. It was very spacious!

Cleanliness could have been better—it was very dusty, and you can tell moisture is an issue because there was a bit of black mold in various places around the room. There is no air conditioning, so I suspect the above problems are due to having windows open constantly. There are also no screens on the windows, which allows for bugs into the room. There’s not enough seating areas, few towels and toiletries provided, and WiFi is very spotty. We were not expecting luxury for this hotel, but we also were not expecting lights to be able to be turned on from outside of the room. Other guests were constantly turning on the lights over our stairs.

A staff member met us at the train station and escorted us to the hotel. The location was very close to the manchu picchu bus and to a great number of restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious with 3 beds. Breakfast was bread and jam, fruit and coffee

Hotel looked like it needed a makeover, some cool stuff but needed work. Room had mold on the ceilings , walls, shower stall. Jacuzzi jets did not work well. Shower drain did not work properly resulting in several inches of water to stand in while I showered. No daily service for towels but we're available upon request. Overall it was the mold and generally lack of cleanliness that was disappointing.

There was no one available when we checked in and had to call the number written on the desk that could be seen through the window despite being told we would be picked up from the train station. There was a problem with the hot water which prompted them to knock on our door several times late at night when we had a very early start the next day and which startled us and interrupted our sleep.

We’ve been traveling for six months, and unfortunately, this was our worst stay so far. The good: The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, and there was warm water in the shower.

The bad: • They advertise a train station pickup, but when we arrived, no one was there. After messaging them, a girl finally showed up, but she didn’t help with any of our five bags—so the “pickup service” felt pointless. • Our room had an entire wall of glass windows facing the street, with only thin, see-through orange curtains. The streetlights shone directly into the room all night, and to make things worse, light from the hallway also poured in through gaps above the door. • Noise was a huge issue. A bar down the street had karaoke blasting until 1:30 AM, making it impossible to sleep. • After complaining, we were moved to a room in the back. While quieter, it was damp, had poor ventilation, and smelled awful. • Breakfast was disappointing: a single slice of bread with plastic-like ham and papaya. The ham was left uncovered, and flies had already taken over. It’s not much to ask for freshly prepared food or at least some eggs. Overall, this stay was uncomfortable, poorly managed, and not worth the price. Would not recommend.

We stayed only for one night but found the Hotel clean and extremely comfortable. Patricia at the front desk made us feel like family even preparing a lite snack since our time up the mountain was earlier then breakfast. Would definitely dtay here again
