Everything was spot on!

Everything - could not fault a thing. Amazing location, hotel wonderful, staff amazingly attentive but not over the top and food incredible.

La vista e bellissima!

We had a perfect room. Great bed. Great spacious bathroom. Great separation of the closets and hall that prevented suitcases and other stuff to be in the room. If there were to be a 3rd person the solution with the 1 bed loft was very clever. The wellness was great and the restaurant and terrace had a beautiful view

What we missed was the possibility to “cool” after your sauna session. The shower experience that is supposed to be ending with cold water was warm because the resort has water tanks vs normal piping for their supply and that water heats up and is not chilled. A cool water tub with ice or some other way of cooling is necessarily because otherwise the sauna experience is not complete and even effective. Due to the small setting of the relais the staff had multiple tasks during the breakfast (which is Italian style, not continental) we had to find the staff and ask for tea or coffee ourselves. Small thing but with all the other things being near perfect you start to mind the details. With just a few more pro-active things to be mindfull of this could have been a perfect stay. Again it was a great stay and we will come back but we feel these last details can help the relais aura to become the perfect location for a few days of perfect relaxation. Well done

Het was werkelijk fantastisch: mooi op een heuveltop met magnifiek uitzicht, zeer verzorgde kamer, de sfeer is heel fijn, het zwembad met ligbedden geweldig en s’avonds echt heel lekker gegeten in het restaurant

Beautiful swimming pool area with amazing views, room was modern and stylish. Staff were great.

Swimming pool closed between 1-3pm, it’s the best part of the entire property so to close it in the middle of the day when people want to relax seems absurd. Breakfast choice was on the small side with no hot food items and mediocre quality - at this price point I would expect better.
