Il personale è super accogliente e disponibile. Il ristorante della struttura è ottimo.

Le camere sono un po' datate e potrebbero essere migliorate, soprattutto il bagno, ma offre comunque tutti i comfort minimi necessari.

L’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. L’ambiente è estremamente piacevole e rilassante, perfetto per staccare dalla routine e godersi qualche giorno di tranquillità. Un valore aggiunto sono sicuramente i titolari: persone autentiche, disponibili e altamente professionali, capaci di far sentire gli ospiti accolti e a proprio agio fin dal primo momento. The staffs were so welcoming and kind. The breakfast was so tasty. The atmosphere and design of the entire hotel specially the rooms was so warm and charming. Cleaness was excellent. The bus station was just next to the hotel and there was an easy access to everywhere. The price really worths and great for a romantic couple trip.

The only difficulties we faced : 1.We had struggle sleeping until late morning and in the afternoon, as a playground was just next to the left side of the hotel and there were a lot of noises from kids. 2.There was only one trash bin in the room that was in the bathroom. 3. There was no soap in the bathroom for hand washing, only shampoos.

Great staff, nice Italian breakfast.

Wifi doesn't work in rooms. The restaurant in the hotel had a party till 1am. A lot of the guests were there for a conference so the disturbance was impactful.
