"Mooi verblijf en vriendelijke ontvangst"

Mooie ruime kamer met oude charme. Geen balkon maar wel waslijn boven straat. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Thee en koekjes op de kamer. Koffie in gemeenschappelijke keuken beneden. Goed bed.

Extra deken en extra kussen had welkom geweest.

Bardzo klimatyczne mieszkanie w samym centrum miasta. Możliwość zjedzenia smacznego, włoskiego śniadania o bardzo wczesnej porze. Miła i niezwykle uczynna właścicielka.

Do mieszkania prowadzą dosyć strome schody, dla nas nie był to problem, ale warto o tym pamiętać. Parkowanie samochodu na ulicy nie zawsze jest prostym zadaniem.

Het feit dat er geschreven wordt dat je kunt parkeren bij de accomodatie. Je zit midden in de stad waardoor er bijna geen parkeerplaats te krijgen is. Dichtbij de accomodatie is ook betaald parkeren.

"A lovely place to stay."

We stayed here for one night before catching our flight from Bari Airport, which is an easy 10-minute, 2-stop train journey down the Ferrotramviaria line - Bitonto itself is easily accessible from Bari Centrale on the same line, for those who (like us) aren't travelling by car. Antico Monastero is in a beautiful old building not far from the cathedral and other places to visit, and we couldn't have been happier with our (sadly very brief) stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and had interesting historical features (as the place is a former monastery); Anna was very welcoming, and gave us very clear and helpful directions and suggestions for our stay. Breakfast was provided in a very good cafe 5 minutes' walk away. We had a lovely time overall and would thoroughly recommend Antico Monastero as the perfect base from which to explore Bitonto.

Our only regret was having to stay such a short time!
