I don't know where to start. It was a little overwhelming, in the best possible sense, how much care Christina took of us during our 4 day stay in Piazza Armerina, and it is worth staying awhile as there is so much to see. The place is just terrific, clean, comfortable etc, but it was the extra attention of Christina that pushed this up to the heights of excellence. I have stayed in a lot of places during my travels but this is a place I will always remember fondly because of Christina. I really felt like I was being treated like a member of the family. It's like she knew what we needed before we thought to ask. I'm so grateful to have stayed here.

Everything was excellent.

Perfect location. We stayed 3 nights because there is so much to see in the area. If you are thinking of visiting the Roman Villa, then do. It's amazing. But don't forget the remains of Morganita and the museum of the findings from the excavation. These 3 will take at least two days. Christina has designed the accommodation with great skill and our room was lovely. The room has a virtually silent fridge and the airrco is both efficient and quiet. The breakfast is wonderful, Christina asks what you like and goes over and above to provide it. The historical town centre is a few minutes away. Staying here is the perfect option because it's at the bottom of the hill, thus avoiding the need to drive through narrow streets.

It was so fresh and clean. The decor was beautiful. The location was great, walk to restaurants and the old town. Safe and private parking which was a bonus. You don’t get the parking very often. The host was lovely. She is interested in asking questions about where you travel etc. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and her partner carried our bags to our room. The breakfast was outstanding. Lots of local produce and also cooked eggs and sweet things. Great coffee. Wished we had stayed longer.

Everything was fantastic. No complaints at all.

Everything was fine, nice, good and clean. The owner of the B&B was superb, when asked she was helpful all the time. They have a parking space if going with a car. It is also situated 10 minute walk from local restaurants etc.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable room. Very helpful hostess. Delicious breakfast. I highly recommend it. They have a private parking.

Parking next to the flat was excellent as well as the breakfast.

Breakfast was the best of our entire holiday. Private parking across the street. Short walk to the centre of the town.

Road was a bit noisy.

The owner is extremely nice and goes out of her way to help her guests. She made me custom breakfast daily as she understands that foreigners may not be used to the sweet breakfast that the locals have. She is the only one made this effort in my recent stays in 8 different lodgings in Italy. The place is brand new and the facilities are very modern. Even though the building is at the intersection of two streets, it was very quite in the night. The location is very good to walk to the historical center and from the bus station.

Christina, our host, could not have been more obliging, providing us with just what we wanted for breakfast, which she tailors to the preferences of the guests (in our case, we enjoyed Greek yoghurt, fruit, and muesli, along with a brioche and good coffee). The property is just over a year old, so everything feels new and looks new. The windows do a pretty good job of blocking out street noise.

The stairs were steep and a bit awkward (especially those descending to the breakfast room).
