a big remark about the staff, namely I didn't manage to do a complete check in or more precisely pay the tax for tourists due to a problem with the card, I offered to pay via PayPal, they refused as well as my calls and messages while we were standing for 1 hour at the door.... After talking with the employee Milan who was very cynical and rude, there were messages via WhatsApp as if you were kidding me and what did you think you wouldn't have to pay the tax? It was very unpleasant and I would not recommend this accommodation.

The room and building felt very secure. The cleanliness was good for the most part. Very good air conditioning and very comfortable bed. It was nice to have the sink and some tableware in the room. The fridge had two bottles of water as a bonus. Big shower and nice products provided. The location was fantastic, away from the crowds and had several nice cafes and restaurants around. Ah Pero Pizza was extremely good! A lovely scenic walk to the landmarks in Verona. It was easy to access from the station via bus it took around 15 minutes.

The washer and dryer was a bit misleading as it is in a separate room and not within the room itself. Not too much of a problem, it was very clean and shared between only a few rooms. The shower while big wasn't very clean. There was some mold and grubbiness that I had to clean.

Le calme et l’emplacement du quartier, l’appartement était très joli, la literie était vraiment top. Il y avait absolument tous les équipements possibles à disponibilité. Un hote toujours disponible très réactif.

C’est un petit détail, mais qui a eu son importance pour nous, un léger petit problème d’isolation phonique, nous avions des voisines, TRÈS bruyante et qui claquaient en permanence les portes à toutes heures.

Ei mitään pahaa sanottavaa. Sijainti ei ole keskeisin, mutta asuinalue on kaunis ja rauhallinen. Kävelymatkan päässä kaikkialle, ja bussillakin pääse kulman takaa.
