La façon dont nous avons été jetés dehors à 10h30 pile avec de multiples messages et appels what's app. en 1 seule minute, ni la remarque désobligeante de la femme de ménage concernant l'état des ''petits déjeuners'' laissés ouverts dans le couleur. En effet, un papier contenant un croissant et un sandwich traînent sur un meuble dans le couloir, vous ne savez pas si c'est pour vous, pour une autre chambre, ni combien. Les lieux sont tops, le service pas génial. Circulation bruyante.

Good location

Advertised wine and champagne, it was only water And juice, also advertised sound proof however on the second night there was loud music next door. The water pressure is non existent took 2 hours to fill the bath which didn’t work properly as they disabled it. The city tax is cash only even though there’s a card machine, banks don’t exchange cash you need to find the central post office, I also stepped on someone else’s toe nail in the bedroom

My stay at Gold Suite & Spa was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon arrival, we were checked in by a cleaner who was unable to communicate with us properly. We also found it very strange that they charged money to store our luggage before check-in. First they asked for €15, then suddenly €20, while this should normally be a basic service. The “luxury breakfast included” was also extremely disappointing. For two people, we only received two croissants and two small bread rolls, without any drinks included. On top of that, the breakfast was brought to the room around 9:00 AM, waking us up. It felt more like a prison routine than a relaxing stay. The room looked much better in the pictures than in reality. The toilet door would not close properly and kept opening by itself. The bathtub was not very clean, and the shower barely worked, only tiny drops of water came out. There were two showers, but one of them did not work at all. There was also a strong smell of weed coming into the room from other rooms in the building. Communication was only through WhatsApp with someone who spoke in a very arrogant and disrespectful way. During the entire stay we never really saw any staff in person, which made the whole experience feel very strange and unprofessional. The check-in and check-out information was also very unclear. Online it stated that check-out was at 10:30 AM, but then we suddenly received a WhatsApp message saying we had to leave at 10:00 AM. We had also asked in advance if early check-in was possible, but nobody clearly responded to us and in the end we were still unable to access the room earlier. Another disappointing point was the shuttle service. On Booking.com it was advertised as a free included shuttle service, but in the end they asked us to pay €60 for it. This felt very misleading, especially since an Uber only cost around €40. Overall, the experience was far below expectations and definitely not worth the price.

I cannot recommend Gold Suite & Spa. If you arrive and no one is there to give you a key... I have No idea how you get in OR get in touch with anyone. On arrival, we did not know how to get into the building! There is No front desk. This is very much like Air b& b but no Lock Box There was no communication prior to our arrival with instructions and they never responded to my emails I sent week before arriving. The building is a mixture of residential and the Gold Suite & SPA has 4 rooms total in the building. On arrival, we were lucky that someone (that lives there) was leaving the building and knew what code we needed to speak to someone at the door "bell" intercom. Curtains in the bathroom need replacing due to mildew. The staff we did see that were cleaning the room were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delivered at 9:15 am by them as we were told and they answered any questions I had - very nice ladies.
