Valentina was a gem! This place was fantastic. Excellent location. Clean. Great kitchen facilities. One of the best bathrooms we've had in Italy so far. Easy to get to. Thanks Valentina, we will not forget your kindness and would recommend your place to everyone. Vince and Silvana

The room was spacious. I think it was the San Frediano room. Excellent location. You are basically in the heart of Lucca. Very large double bed. The bathroom was clean and spacious.

All was perfect. I did enjoy my stay and will definitely come back.

"Lucca is a wonderful place to visit."

Lucca is a smaller town(which we loved) and the location is perfect. The coffee room overlooked the amphitheater, which is now full of restaurants. Right below is a coffee shop with good food. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. The wall around the city was pretty cool, too!

The bus system was hit or miss

"We loved our stay in Lucca!"

Our room was very cute and comfortable. Valentina was so friendly and kind! She checked on us several times to make sure everything was ok. She gave us an events list for Lucca, let us store our bags (and use a restroom when we picked them up), and made us feel special for our anniversary :) the view from the kitchen area is also great!

It’s a bit of a walk from the train station but definitely manageable. And Valentina gave us directions on how to catch the bus if we didn’t want to walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you need and ideal for exploring the area. What truly made the experience exceptional was Valentina. She goes above and beyond to make sure you arrive smoothly, feel welcome, and have everything you need during your stay. Her communication, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. Thanks to her, everything felt easy and stress-free. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!
