la posizione e la sig.ra valentina e' veramente gentilissima e disponibile per tutto grazie

migliorerei la ventilazione dell' ingresso del palazzo nelle aree comuni, troppo odore di cibo e la luminosita' per il resto molto comodo e confortevole con una bella vista dalla cucina su piazza anfiteatro

I usually don't give a 10 rating but Residents FillAnfi deserves it. The proprietor, Valentina, was fantastic. She was very helpful and always made sure everything was ok. The room was very nice and clean. The location was perfect too. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Perfect location- backing onto the famous amphitheatre square. My room was beautiful-in an authentic old Italian building with views over the street yet very quiet and cool( great air conditioning). Added bonus was a lovely kitchen with an excellent coffee machine and views over the square. Valentina is absolutely lovely- I felt very well looked after and she was always in touch checking that everything was ok. Such a perfect place to stay in gorgeous Lucca and to be highly recommended.
