Close to highway and yet was peaceful and quiet, very well stocked for cooking dinner, lovely place to stay in the Bitterroot.

We were impressed and delighted with both the cabin and the setting at SkyWater. Cabins were updated and immaculate, and faced a lovely pond and the Bitterroot Mountains. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property, cabins are really cute and super clean. Full kitchen. Would be a great place to have a get together with multiple families/friends. Each cabin has its own picnic table and Adirondack chairs.

The bedrooms could use blackout blinds. Bring a Brita or your own water. It just didn’t taste good.

"Beautiful, relaxing, and updated area."

Amazing location. The lake is beautiful and so is the surrounding area. The grass, foliage, and trees are well maintained, presenting a relaxing aura. Very dog friendly, lots of area for them to explore. The lake has Bass in it, and the property has fishing gear to use, as well as kayaks. My daughter and I both caught our first bass here. The Cabins have been recently updated and have a modern but rustic feel to them. We didn't eat at any restaurants, we just cooked there. They have a decent size fridge as well as a small 4 burner stove/oven and a microwave. The Cabins also have some cooking stuff and plates/bowls etc. for 4 people to eat. The owner is really friendly and let his pup run around with our young dog to get her energy out. The manager was super accommodating and let us know about everything to do in the area. We'll definitely be back!

This place is SUCH a cute little hidden gem. Very close to Darby and the Yellowstone “Chief Joseph Ranch” . Me and my husband stayed for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. There is a lake with Kayaks and each cabin has a BBQ grill. We cooked up a great dinner and enjoyed the view outside on the patio. I highly recommend. The staff and his dogs were very welcoming! We had a fun time!

One thing and it wasn’t a huge problem, was the entrance. I didn’t quite see the sign to turn into where the cabins were. But other than that everything was perfect!
