USWe needed to stay west of Fredericksburg near lake of the woods and there just weren't many options. We ended up in a cabin with two bedrooms, basic but met our needs. Extremely difficult to find in the dark so I would highly recommend getting there before nightfall. It is a massive campground. I would imagine in the summer it is loads of fun for kids and families, we were there in early March so not much going on. I thought the price was pretty high, close to $200 for one night.
