PJ Hotels Jaffna

The staff were really nice. The room was clean.

It’s a really strange location. The hotel restaurant was often closed or very limited in what they could serve… but no restaurants nearby really.

Friendly staff. Rice and curry was excellent.

Need better overall maintenance. The swimming pool was highly concentrated with chlorine.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The security staff, cleaning staff and reception staff all were kind. Especially reception staff Mr Jenit accommodated all my family's ad hoc requests without hesitation and delay. A very convenient place to cover the whole of Jaffna if you are planning to cover all parts of Jaffna. Few restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Staff very friendly

We recently stayed at the PJ Hotel for three days and had an excellent experience. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay incredibly pleasant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. While we didn't get a chance to try the hotel's food, as Jaffna has some fantastic restaurants that we chose to explore, we are definitely looking forward to trying the hotel’s cuisine next time. Overall, a great place to stay with exceptional service.
