Celestia Ayurveda Resort

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.

The are exact location surrounding area non of block out lands , thats why it take some time to give a proper fixed price. Any how they agreed give a deatailed report once we signed the agreent with them

Very friendly staff who wanted to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Very large pool which was a lovely temperature. Very large comfortable rooms, with nice toiletries and air con. Good breakfast Facilities to have daily massages and other wellness treatments, however didn't make use of this on our stay.

WiFi is currently only available in the rooms, but the connection is good. Staff informed us there are plans to install WiFi across the whole site in the next couple of months. Staff would benefit from some training on how to use the new card machine in order to take payments.

One positive: the staff is friendly and they tried.

I feel sorry for the investors of this “resort”, possibly worst hotel experience ever. Their local CEO and management must take note of these issues which i normally never observe: 1) 30 minute check in process although there were practically 8 rooms occupied out of 60 rooms. We were the only ones checking in at the time. 2) No reception area for such a resort. Its literally a massive concrete table with nothing on it. 3) Staff dont wear any uniforms, come in their personal clothing. No name tags, no designation tags, you dont know who is who. One of the housekeepers who was working over time came to work with a puma shirt and sweat pants! Their operational manager wears a polo t-shirt and jeans! 4) Staff linger around the resort in front of guests with nothing to do. Some sit in the reception area because they have no place else to be. These are not hotel reception staff, maintenance team literally as well as housekeeping. I find it very strange to see this. 5) First gave us a room that was a complete disaster. No hot water, then we had zero water in the entire room for 30 min, weak water pressure, water leakage after a shower and the bathroom was then flooded, the toilet never stopped running after flushing the toilet, no safe even though advertised as having one, and to top it all, a friendly lizard that lurked in the bathroom. I literally had to go outside my room and report all these issues within an hour of checking in. 6) We then changed rooms which was only offered to us after several complaints and several times of telling the hotel manager of the issues faced. It took them 8 hours to offer a new room. 7) The new room also had weak water pressure, no hot water, and a water drainage issue after a shower. Plus the toilets take forever to flush. Also a spiderweb above the shower, shows how much they clean the place. Worst of all the room was so dirty! 8) Zero wifi, i had to get them to connect a router for me in my room.

The healthy food tasted surprisingly good, the staff was exceptional. Shamil gave great massages throughout my stay. I stayed not knowing about the ayurveda treatments per say, but just wanted a place to get away and relax and this place afforded that opportunity.

This was my first Ayurvedic treatment,and it was amazing. On the day of my arrival, the doctor took the time to understand my body and mental situation and designed a package of therapies which included massages and yoga therapy sessions. It worked so well for me, I felt very relaxed and pampered. It involved several types of massages as well as acupuncture, which helped me sleep better. The yoga instruction is also excellent. Doctor and the therapists were very professional and caring.There are numerous locations to chill out, read, and meet new people.Spacious and brand new rooms. Especially the garden area is very peaceful. And the cuisine was ayurvedic and delicious. Highly recommending this place. Can’t wait to go back again!
