RSWe had a very bad experience at this hotel. The staff does not speak good English, which makes communication difficult. The room was dirty, dark, and felt unfinished and poorly maintained. We are a family of four with two children aged 3 and 5. When we went to breakfast, only two plates were served, so we assumed they were for another guest. We waited around 10 minutes before anyone even came to our table. When staff finally showed up, they told us that breakfast is not provided for children, even though we booked and paid for a room with breakfast included. They claimed they have a policy not to give breakfast to children under 5 despite the fact that our older daughter is 5 years old. This was never mentioned during booking. The breakfast itself was poor, cold, and served on a very dirty table. Not giving breakfast to children is something we have never experienced anywhere, and we travel a lot as a family. This place is absolutely not family friendly. Avoid this hotel, there are many better options nearby.

CHAUAmazing place. The gardens and swimming pool and other facilities are well maintained. They had a little museum of old two wheelers/aquarium that was fascinating to our little kids. The butterfly garden is a great place to walk around and have a peaceful time. The staff were really friendly and nice. We will be back! 9

ESNos encantó !! Fueron a recogernos al aeropuerto, Isuru que es el driver del hotel y un encanto La habitación es muy cómoda y el personal es muy amable. Nos ayudaron con todo y nos organizaron una ruta por Negombo para conocerlo un poco antes de irnos hacia nuestro siguiente destino. El desayuno bien y el hotel está al lado del aeropuerto.
