Great location only 5 mins to the airport. Lovely family made us so welcome and made us a gorgeous meal as well as breakfast. Clean comfortable room and great shower in the bathroom. Highly recommend.

Absolutely nothing it was great

I was quite surprised upon arrival at the hotel when we were asked to remove our shoes. For a moment, I genuinely thought we had mistakenly entered a mosque. It is not appropriate to ask guests to remove their shoes when entering a hotel. Additionally, the bathroom facilities were shared between two rooms. This created an uncomfortable situation, as we had to walk out with towels to access the toilet, while other guests could be dining nearby and clearly see us. This is not acceptable in terms of privacy. We also noticed that some European guests were provided with attached bathrooms, which felt inconsistent and unfair. Furthermore, there was no blanket provided in the room, and no assistance was offered regarding the Wi-Fi access. Basic guest service expectations were not met. I was also very concerned when the staff requested us to cancel our Booking.com reservation and pay directly. As a hotelier myself—and a Booking.com Genius member—I found this request highly inappropriate and unprofessional, and I refused to comply. As a Resident Manager of a 238-room hotel, I fully understand hospitality standards, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below acceptable levels.
