"Worse luck ever "

The Cabin is absolutely beautiful and in a lovely area away from everyone just like we were looking for. However when we were at the cabin we experienced 2 seperate occasions without water, I would like to say for what someone pays to stay at a place like this you don't expect the water to keep going out. The towels also had a terrible smell I'm not sure if it had been a while since someone had stayed in the cabin or if it was a cigarette smell. Then to top it off the kitchen had ants in the cabinets and mouse droppings in the bottom of the stove. I understand mice being out in the mountains and in secluded areas but when someone pays well over 1k for 3 nights in a cabin you don't expect mice, ants and water that keeps shutting off. This was a special trip for my family before I go in for a major surgery this week to relax and get away from the stress of life and it was a little chaotic.
