Lakeshore Lodging Suites

Beautiful spot, and the hostess was just wonderful. Lots of wildlife right outside the door. The pictures do not do it justice, it's so much prettier.

The key code made it easy to enter into the cabin, and I didnt have to worry about losing a key or forgetting it in the room. The host was amazing, she made special arrangements for us to check in earlier than the 4pm check in. My 80 year old parents really appreciated that. The pillows were amazing! The cabin was beautiful and all the accomdations inside were cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect too! Right kiddy corner from Homer Brewing and the Pickled Pear! YUM I would definitely stay here again. The price is better than a hotel!

My only suggestion would be to have a few hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels/washrag and maybe a small shelf to put small essentials when washing your face, brushing teeth? My only mistake I personally made was I thought it was a one bedroom ( I overlooked the suite part...my mistake). And with my two elder parents and myself - it ended up being just fine. But they need the early morning solitude for lights, tv and making coffee while the younger generation (me lol) needed some extra sleepy time.

Feels like home. Was the best of the best for all our vacation.

The cabin has a far nicer kitchen than I expected and it was immaculate when we showed up. The location is beautiful right on a lake with sand hill cranes flying right over us. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do in beautiful Homer.
