Did not stay found alternative accommodation area was very isolated and booking photos where not as described

The environment was calm and clean, providing a peaceful atmosphere throughout the stay. Both the rooms and bathrooms were spotless and very comfortable. The property is equipped with a fully functional kitchen stocked with all the essentials needed for a convenient stay. The staff were friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money.

Sam is a perfect host, who really cares. He made us feel welcome, helped with renting bicycles and even did a very nice bicycle tour with us. The location is perfect if you want to see the sacred city (15 minutes walk away) and feel like being in nature. It is also a very good starting point to do a bicycle tour to Mihintale (which was a great experience!) From the nice rooftop terrace you can see the sunset over the stupas. Thank you Sam for the wonderful time at your place ❤️

Zona tranquila con muy bonitas vistas. Habitación amplia y muy limpia. La localización buena, queda cerca de la ciudad antigua. Desayuno rico y personal muy amable. También tiene espacio para dejar el tuk tuk.

No hay muchos sitios para comer cerca y necesitas transporte para llegar a ellos.

Everything was great! Rooms are very spacious and clean. Hotel is close to the temples and there is a terrace you can chill at. The host was very friendly and helped us a lot.

There is a construction going on inside and nearby but im sure it will be even better when its finished.

Excellent service

I booked a single bed room which was very simple with a bed, a chair and some wall hooks. I also had a fan and mosquito net. The room wasn’t super clean and a bit mouldy (it rained a lot the days before), but I loved to have a big window which I left open at night. The bed was very comfortable as well. The house has a nice rooftop where I practiced yoga in the morning and from where you can see the stupa of the sacred city as well as the sunset/sunrise :) The owner was super friendly and helpful in many ways - once i was invited for a special free breakfast with milkrice, jackfruit, coconut and sambal.

It was a bit mouldy and not super clean. A shelf would be nice.
