The pool is good and the design of the property is beautiful, very suitable for photoshoot or a short stay. Like a film set.

The off season was a bit too obvious during my week-long stay. It was not possible to order from the extensive menu presented in the room, so you need to get everything off the premises via tuk-tuk. I tried asking for various services during the first few days like water, coffee and a change of towels, but there seemed to be very little interest in guest comfort. I went for a self catering solution, which works, but also makes the room seem way overpriced. Note that payment via transfer or card is an issue in spite of directions in the confirmation.

The property is family friendly yet a great option to escape for a few days alone. I was impressed by how clean they are and the neatness of the property

Noise, typically in srilanka people wake up early but if you are on a lazy vacation the rooms in this property are all on the ground floor and you will definitely hear the tuktuk outside and conversations

Manager was excellent. Pool was lovely. Breakfast good.

Very hard to get a taxi via apps (pick me). Outdoor bathroom very cool and well done but (unsurprisingly) not ideal for bugs.

Room was covered in ants and sometimes were even crawling on us in bed. There is no food readily available, if you want breakfast you have to order the night before and any lunch/dinner must be ordered 3 hours in advance..
