Lots of fumes in the surrounding area which took away from pool experience slightly. Meal at the hotel restaurant was very poor (seafood pasta).

MVGBOur stay at Grand Serendib in Kandy was absolutely fantastic. The hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, creating a peaceful and memorable setting. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and the facilities, especially the stunning infinity pool, were truly a highlight of our stay. The staff were outstanding throughout our visit: warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. A special mention goes to Chef Indika, who was incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful, ensuring we had a wonderful dining experience and making our stay even more special. Overall, Grand Serendib exceeded our expectations with its spectacular views, exceptional hospitality, excellent facilities, and attention to guest comfort. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kandy and would happily return in the future.
