Booked 2 rooms Due to rain one had a leak - we were compensated for this but unfortunately set a bad tone initially Access to hotel is steep and tyre burning Lovely views from room Check what is offered in terms of quantity when ordering dinner

Really helpful and friendly staff. Even lent me some money(!) until I could get to an atm. Offered advice to local area and considering the remote location in Ella it’s a really superb little hotel and highly recommend.

Every was super except the food. We were excepting the buffet but they did only ale cart which is bit inconvenient

The most friendly and accommodating staff - could not recommend any more. Best in the area unless you are wanting to splash lots on the more high end hotels!

We had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and cozy. However the bathroom was a bit worn out and humid.

It was a magical stay with great people who were always there for advice and help. The room was clean and had a balcony with a great view. Would definitely stay at this place again and again
